Explore strategies for managing anxiety, envy, and money, and consider which resonates most with your current season of teaching.
Step 1: Select one of the videos on which to focus your notes (feel free to watch all three)
While watching the chosen video, pause and write at least four important ideas or details under Managing [Anxiety or Emotions: ENVY or Money]on Page 5 & the top of Page 6.
Each legible, clearly separated idea/detail must:
- Be at least 3 complete, paraphrased sentences (not copied from the video or transcript)
